About me
With expertise across planning, finance and project delivery, I am a planning and development surveyor who helps landowners, estates and developers deliver successful projects. I specialise in both planning consultancy and development economics, ensuring that when you invest in a development project, it achieves the highest value and best use.
I help clients navigate every project stage including pre-construction co-ordination, project financing, administration of build contracts and project management services, finding that clients enjoy working with one person to deliver projects successfully.
Case Study
Development Management and Lender Monitoring Services
I was appointed by a lender to provide consultancy services to manage the completion of construction works and consequent sale of an unfinished new-build project, once labelled the “ugliest new-build in Britain”, into a high-end gated development in West Yorkshire.
The former agricultural yard was transformed into five luxury homes. My role covered project management, cost monitoring and consultant co-ordination, to achieve practical completion and building control and warranty compliance, which was essential for sales and occupation.
The result was a significant uplift in site value and marketability.
